Terms & Conditions dn99 — A Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the dn99 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the dn99 website, including all pages, features, games, services and functionalities available on it.

• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, VIP points or other benefits granted by dn99 to members in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a member on a game or sports match on the dn99 platform.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency of Malaysia used for all transactions on dn99.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the dn99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years years of age at the time of registration. dn99 takes the protection of minors from gambling activities very seriously.
• Be based in or resident in Malaysia and use the dn99 platform within Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

During the registration process, you agree to:

3 Member Account

Each dn99 member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account. The following terms apply to account management:

• You are responsible for keeping your dn99 account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Never share your dn99 account login credentials with anyone else, including family members.
• Any transaction or bet made using your login credentials is considered valid and carried out by you — even if you claim it was done by someone else.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact dn99 customer support immediately via live chat or email at support@dn99.me.
• Dn99 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

For members who have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, dn99 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee on the dormant account balance, or to close the account after an appropriate notice period. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member in accordance with the established process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dn99 are subject to the following terms:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit into a dn99 account is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.
• Daily deposit limits vary by VIP tier — from RM1,000 for Bronze tier members up to RM50,000 for Diamond tier members.
• Dn99 reserves the right to request proof of fund source for deposits exceeding a certain amount, in accordance with compliance requirements.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the member's name.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze 24 hours, Silver 3 hours, Gold 1 hour, Platinum 30 minutes, Diamond 15 minutes.
• Bonuses received are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full details.
• Dn99 reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawals that require further investigation relating to compliance or security.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Dn99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit match bonus of up to RM300 is available to new members only. A rollover requirement of 5× the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal can be made.
• Weekly VIP Cashback: Calculated based on the member's net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited every Monday. The rollover requirement is 1× the cashback amount.
• Weekly Reload Bonus: Credited every Friday for Silver members and above. The rollover requirement is 3× the reload bonus amount.
• Birthday Bonus: Automatically credited on the verified member's birthday. The rollover requirement is 2× the birthday bonus amount.

General terms applicable to all dn99 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per stated promotion, unless otherwise specified.

6 Sports Betting Rules

This section governs all sports bets placed on the dn99 platform, including football, badminton, other sports and e-sports.

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the dn99 system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
• Odds displayed on the dn99 platform are live odds that may change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the point of confirmation are the odds used to calculate the bet outcome.
• For in-play betting (while a match is in progress), dn99 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time based on match conditions or technical issues.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account — unless the match resumes within 24 hours.
• Dn99 follows the official rulings of the relevant sports governing bodies for bet settlement purposes. Unofficial or informal results are not taken into account.

7 Casino Games, Slots & Poker

The following rules apply to all casino games, jackpot slots and poker on the dn99 platform:

• All dn99 casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every round.
• Game outcomes generated by the dn99 system are final and not subject to appeal, unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical fault.
• Progressive jackpots on dn99 accumulate from a percentage of every bet placed on the qualifying slot. The jackpot value displayed is a real-time estimate and may vary slightly at the time of payout.
• In dn99 poker games, the use of third-party software, bots, or any automated assistance tools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Collusion between players in poker or any dn99 live casino game is a serious breach of these terms and will result in firm action, including account balance freezing.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dn99 platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money Laundering: Using the dn99 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• System Manipulation: Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors for unfair gain.
• Bot Usage: Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools that interact with the dn99 platform without genuine human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or using any other method designed to exploit the dn99 promotions system.
• Collusion: Colluding secretly with other players to manipulate game outcomes or accumulate winnings unfairly.
• Unauthorised Access: Any attempt to access dn99 systems, databases or information beyond normal platform use.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

A member's account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: Members may request account closure at any time through dn99 customer support. All eligible balances will be refunded once the necessary review is complete.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to stop using the platform can activate the self-closure option available in their dn99 account settings.
• By dn99 for breach of terms: dn99 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account for breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Funds in the account may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for more than 12 months may be closed following appropriate notice.

In the event of account closure at a member's request or through self-exclusion, dn99 will process a refund of any eligible balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) within 7 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, dn99's liability is limited as follows:

• Dn99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Dn99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
• Dn99 is not liable for losses caused by network failures, internet service disruptions or device malfunctions experienced by members when accessing the platform.
• Members are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on the dn99 platform. dn99 does not provide betting advice in any form.
• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting and gambling activity on the dn99 platform are entirely the member's own responsibility.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use and protection of dn99 members' personal data are governed by the dn99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points to note:

• Dn99 collects personal information necessary to provide its services, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal requirements in Malaysia.
• Member data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.
• Dn99 may share information with the relevant authorities where required by Malaysian law or a valid court order.
• Members have the right to request access to their personal data held by dn99, and to request corrections to any inaccurate information.

12 Changes to These Terms

Dn99 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as follows:

• All material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to members via their registered email or through an in-platform notification on dn99 at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor changes such as spelling corrections or language clarifications may be implemented without specific notice.
• Continued use of the dn99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any changes to the terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the dn99 platform will be resolved through the following process:

• First step: Members with complaints or disputes should contact dn99 customer support via live chat or email at support@dn99.me for direct resolution. The dn99 team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
• Step two: If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may request a formal mediation process between both parties.
• Both parties agree that courts in Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any legal rights you hold as a user under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
